Two way soft close hinge features

Soft close concealed hinges bring more convenient than conventional hinges because they limit the closing sound, prevent jammed finger and increase the cabinet’s durability. Therefore, soft close concealed hinges are preferred for use in home and office furniture.

Unlike one-way soft closing hinge in which the soft closing function is only activated when the cabinet door is open over 45 degrees or fully opening, the soft closing function of the two-way soft close hinge is activated when the cabinet is closed at an angle of 20 degrees regardless any opening angle. The built-in hydraulic in the concealed hinge creates resistance force to ease the door closed silently without slam which help to increase durability of the cabinet.

While one-way soft close hinge only allows cabinet doors stops at fully opening angle, two-way soft close hinge which has built-in hydraulic allowing cabinet doors stop at any angle from 45 to 110 degrees. It will help users saving time and utilizing outside space of the cabinet.

The screws position and technical distance between the cabinet door and the cabinet edge have to be accurate while installing the two-way soft close hinges to ensure full performance.

IVAN’s two-way soft closing hinges are made of steel, nickel-plated to have good bearing. With service life up to 50.000 opening and closing times, 48 hours of SGS test, IVAN’s two-way soft close hinges ensure the cabinet work smoothly and properly throughout product’s lifetime
